For taking bunker at Russian Ports,
below documents are required by the customs for declaration.
1. International Tonnage Certificate issued by the vessel’s registration country.
2. Voyage instruction calculated based on the destination ports,
planned days on the way and in ports, bunker consumption on the way and in port.
3. Table of the vessel's bunker tanks
(number of the tank, capacity of each tank, total bunker capacity)
4. Stability Informaiton booklet or Stability Certificate
The enquiries will not be fixed unless above is received.
